Public figures like Obama and Britney just had their personal information compromised when a hacker uses twitter administrator rights to assess them. No phishing website or internet loophole was involved in this one. The simplest social engineering technique of guessing the password for the Yahoo email belonging to a Twitter staff, granted him the access code to Twitter admin which was easily found in his inbox. Human nature is indeed the biggest loophole.
